I recently toured this community and loved it for my mother. Everyone one was really nice, the rooms are spacious and private. They will even let her bring her cat! The walking area is large so she can get outside like she loves. I had the opportunity to talk to one of the other family members and they seemed to be very happy with everything. I am looking forward to moving my mother into Pacifica.

The staff are very friendly, seem to like their job and enjoy helping the patients. The facility is clean. The only thing that I can suggest working on is communication between all staff.
