Verified Renter It’s good for the most part. Haven’t had too many problems. Kitchen sink has gotten stopped up twice. Parking is kind of a hassle. Could use some updates

Verified Renter Sometimes very inconsiderate neighbors. Office sent an email out to resolve this issue but never followed through. It's discouraging the Leasing Office would continue to allow these things to happen!

Verified Renter Apartments are low cost, but old and come with some issues. Leaks in the roof are common and go unfixed. It causes mold in your unit. Pool is dirty and never gets cleaned. It is always full of hair and bugs. Don't know if it's an issue with pool filter or something else. Other than that the place is ok. Staff is nice

Verified Renter Everything has been great in the almost two years that we've been here. We have had very few issues, and any issue we have had has been resolved very quickly. I do wish the backyards were fenced in for a bit of privacy, but that is really the only thing I'd change.
