Stop letting go of employees willing to work 28 days straight in the summer to help. The supervisor found early cancer and needed surgery. I was offered a nice raise. After he returned and was fit to be working again, i was terminated. I had a couple residents find me on here to let me know what was going on. I am sorry residents of Park Meadows. Oh, the surgery patient quit after bribed to take the property. My raise was much higher.
Worst apartments to live in. Worst administrative personnel and staff. Won’t give you your deposit money back at all. They will try to put everything on you so that you would withdraw deposit money. Lived for more than 2 years and their repair and maintenance were so slow and unsatisfying. I would not recommend this community. Rather I would recommend Forest Lake Apartments which is on the opposite side of the same road where I lived more than 1 year before coming here.

Hi Asim, as we discussed in the meeting this week, the deposit was not given back as the stove, which was new, was completely unusable as the top was completely burnt severely. Additionally, the carpet was newer and we had to replace it due to the extensive and poor condition it was left in. We have offered to send you the invoices for your copy but you refused. Inept management and ownership that only care about collecting rent checks. Maintenance issues are never done timely and often get worse before they are repaired. The office staff never tell the tenants the truth. They just avoid answering questions by telling us that they will look into and call us back. Of course they never call back because they would rather avoid the issue than handle it.

That Maintenance Is Horrible At Fixing Things And They Never Come .Have To Put In Multiple Work Orders .If Yu Have A Emotion Support Animal They Will Make You Very Stressful So You Will Need One
