HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I called the office multiple times regarding bathroom sink that wont drain...ITS BEEN 7 DAYS AND NO ONE SHOWED UP! The last time I called the person who picked up asked me "how many bathrooms do you have?" As if that matters! A whole week my sink doesnt drain!!! Special thanks for your horrible service Park Meadows from 503 forest pkwy #302.
I wish I could go into the negatives. The management is absolutly AWFUL! They do not care about their residents at all only the money. Do not live here.
Park meadows apartment was the worst place we have ever rented! Staff was horribly rude especially the manager. Diane I believe. Any request we put in were not fulfilled unless I called numerous times! I also know of a neighboring apartment that had mold growing in their apartment! There are videos on YouTube. Please do yourself a favor and look somewhere else!

These apartments do not think about anyone but themselves. They are money hungry. They raise your rent and water just about every year. Have lived here 5 years and believe me I'm ready to get the hell on out of here. Would leave now but surely they would want an arm and a leg to break our lease. They can't keep employees for a long period of time which only means management sucks. I could go on forever but I'll stop while I'm ahead.

Horrible place to live!! They screw people out of money! DO NOT LIVE HERE!! and the management is a joke!!
My husband and I just moved a week ago from Park meadows after living there for 2 years. The staff is horrible, we had multiple leaks in our ceiling and days went by after notifying the office before someone would even come to look at the dripping leak. The manager never showed up to our appt we had set to talk with her. Staff banging on my door and dropping a trash bag at my feet, bugs and roaches in our apartment and they would never send anyone to spray- then lie to us and say someone came and sprayed when I was home all ... read more
Work orders go unanswered for months at a time. Things we put on our move in check in sheet still hacent been fixed. Manager met with us personally and told us everything would be addressed in a week. That was three weeks ago.
