That Maintenance Is Horrible At Fixing Things And They Never Come .Have To Put In Multiple Work Orders .If Yu Have A Emotion Support Animal They Will Make You Very Stressful So You Will Need One

Disgusting! Just heard your not fixing my friend Maram’s ac! She has 2 babies for crying out loud. How in the world is this acceptable...when my ac was down at Orchard village apartments the maintenance came in the middle of the night to fix it. How is this place in business...I’m sending this story to Elliot Davis!
The manager and leasing agent are rude and they talk down to you. My niece had to go to a Lung specialist because of the mold growing in their apartment from a leak they never got fixed after asking them to fix it many times
Very bad management . They talk down to you. They never do what you want . They are horrible I would never recommend
