This apartment complex was our first choice when we looked at apartments in West County. The location is ideal - close to major highways, awesome shopping, and plenty of restaurants. The racial make up is very mixed and family oriented. We love it here!

Having owed my own home I know how hard it can be to keep up with everything. Park meadows office does what it can to make sure people are happy. The people in the office can only do so much they don't own these apartments. I can say I'm truly happy living here iv been here 2 years and plan to stay longer!

I love my apartment! The staff is very friendly and tries extremely hard to do the right thing. As a former homeowner, I understand that replacing someone's air conditioner takes priority over changing a burned-out light bulb! It's nice to see all the kids out playing; my dogs love all the green space and open areas, and I feel very safe living here. My neighbors have been very kind and welcoming, and I couldn't be any happier. I have recommended several of my friends to consider moving here when their current leases are ... read more
Lived in a lot of places, so far they have done well for my family and i. You do have to remind them every once in a while about repairs, but otherwise they usually take care of everything.
I love living at Park Meadows Apartment. The staff treat you like family. The residents are nice. The kids love to play outsited and are respectful of others property. What a great place to call home!
