Well kept Property I'm happy to see that management has focused on the safety at the community. Feeling safe at night goes a long way.
Park Valley I love all of the trees that encircle the property, it is very peaceful, great landscaping.

Impressed with New Renovations! I recently moved into one of the newly renovated units and I am impressed. I am happy to see that the amenity packages have improved.
Good surrounding nature I'm new to Atlanta and a friend that lives in the area recommended I look into Park Valley Apartment Homes. After touring the property, I fell in love with all of the space on the property and how much space there is to walk. I'm a big fan of nature so I have a feeling that I'll love living here.
Love the new management I've lived here for 2 years and this new management gives amazing customer service! They immediately respond to your texts, emails and phone calls no matter how late it is. I once got a call in response to my email at 9pm. The new management is making huge, much needed changes to this property already and they've only been here 3 months.
Love this apartment! Excited to have a functioning pool! It is a great addition to the community!
