Decent place to stay I have been here for over a year now. I will say with the new management it is a bit easier communicating with the leasing agents/Managers. The comparison of sq ft to rent price is very reasonable. The pool area has not been serviced since I moved here and it doesn't look like it will be any time soon. There is a section of the complex that has been blocked off for months due to a weak grounding. It has yet to be serviced. Young Adult living Hi. Just to give you guys a heads up on the lifestyle at the apartments I live in. I've been here for a little over 5 years and seen more then a few changes, some for good and some for bad. This is the kind of place that the younger crowd would feel is home. Mostly because the variety of fast food restaurants as well as a shopping mall on this one strip . No walk in the park There is something to be said for affordable, but aggrivating, poor maintenance, botched repairs, worthless security and dishonest a staff is another thing. Should you find yourself inthe Park on Candler bring camping supplies because you'll wish you simply lived in the woods.
