The good reviews are lies; probably bought with rent discounts for new people moving in The rent has gone up every year for no reason. The management has always been unprofessional garbage. Their communication is rude and unprofessional. Mass texts screaming in ALL CAPS is not a way business should be run. The only good thing this management has done was EVENTUALLY bring back dumpsters that we used to have. The pool has been inaccessible since before I moved here in 2021. Good surrounding nature I'm new to Atlanta and a friend that lives in the area recommended I look into Park Valley Apartment Homes. After touring the property, I fell in love with all of the space on the property and how much space there is to walk. I'm a big fan of nature so I have a feeling that I'll love living here.
Love the new management I've lived here for 2 years and this new management gives amazing customer service! They immediately respond to your texts, emails and phone calls no matter how late it is. I once got a call in response to my email at 9pm. The new management is making huge, much needed changes to this property already and they've only been here 3 months.
Love this apartment! Excited to have a functioning pool! It is a great addition to the community!
Very Happy With Property! Overall, I am very happy with this property. I was worried with the previous management because oftentimes, they would take a long time to handle requested. With new management, the situation has changed. I am very pleased now.
A great change!!!! The property has changed quite a bit these last few years. Safety has been prioritized more and management is handling requests in a timely manner now.
Good times at Park Valley Living at Park Valley has been a good time. Some of my neighbors have become great friends, and I appreciate that there are amenities that our kids can use. Great for bonding and families.
Can’t wait to move in! I recently toured Park Valley Apartment Homes. Overall, the apartment community is extremely clean and the ladies at the office were very helpful. I decided to drive by the community at night and it seems like a safe place to live, no loud neighbors. I look forward to moving in over the next couple of weeks.
