I feel like... (Verified Renter) I feel like I had to ask specifically for information about mail or the gate or anything - things I feel should have been made clear when I got the keys to the apartment. However I really like the location and amenities.

Park Valley is... (Verified Renter) Park Valley is one of the nicest apartment complexes here in Smyrna location is prime and the apartments are clean and the renovations are immaculate. The office staff are professional and efficient. I enjoy living here and would recommend family and friends.

Past experiences in... (Verified Renter) Past experiences in the community have been positive, and presumably the issue this time around was a fluke.
8 months I have been a tenant for about 8 months now i did a lot of research before moving in because this was my first apartment alone with no roommate i must said picking Park Valley was one of the best discussion I’ve made. Not only do i feel safe but it’s so quiet. The location is so convenient. Whenever i have a maintenance request it completed within 24hrs the staff and property manager are amazing. Overall I’ve never had any issues and i would recommend park valley as your next home.

There was a... (Verified Renter) There was a hole in the fence that people walked through to get to the stores. I felt that made me a little uneasy about the neighborhood. I also thought it was odd that they had laundry hook ups in the apartments but didn?t include washers/dryers in the apartments.
