I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend this apartment overall based on the community of Smyrna & the location of the apartment to things. Only reason I would not recommend it, the price is a little much for what you get. Also, despite having multiple speed bumps, people drive through fast, especially in the back! If I had children, I would be highly upset over the other residents driving habits.

Loving It When my initial housing at another complex fell through, I found my way to Park Valley in a panic. I went into the office and spoke with Marlon, and I tell you, he was like a breath of fresh air. He listened to my situation, and provided a solution immediately for me...something I didn't get at the other complex. He's attentive, patient and truly does what he can to get you what you need. I love my... (Verified Renter) I love my balcony, the tennis courts and fitness room. I'm thankful that there is a laundry room on site. The maintenance team could be better. Tenants should receive a courtesy call/text to know when they are coming. It seems like I'm always getting dressed or in the bathroom when they try to unlock my door. one of a kind place to stay There are other places I've seen, but none have come close to this apartment complex. The thing that I like most about this place is I've live here for over a year and I've never had any issues. There is a lot of mix people that live in the apartment complex, there is a great pool and a good gym, and there's never been a bad situation over here because its really quiet. Very Nice Community I have lived at Park Valley Apartments for almost 5 years. I have been very happy being a resident here. The community is quiet and very well landscaped. The landscaping is the first thing that you notice when you enter the gated entrance. There are a lot of activities planned to engage the residents. The pool area is amazing and the fitness area is up to date and very well kept. The grounds are also well maintained and staff is always very friendly and helpful.
