Many of my... (Verified Renter) Many of my neighbors smoke in the breezeway. The air and floors seem to always be contaminated. They stand by the entrance to smoke there cigarettes and then leave their cigarette buds on the floor. It's the most unappealing part of coming home in my opinion. Also I was expecting to live in a gated community. Only 2 months in to moving in someone damaged the gates and now they remain open. That's definitely a safety concern for me.
