Awesome place to live with awesome office staff and maintenance I have lived at Park Valley for over 6 years. I was very worried when Steadfast took over that the quality of customer service would suffer. To my surprise, that same great quality of service is still very much in tact. Kudos to the head of maintenance Marvin and his staff member Taco. They had left for the day but returned to complete my maintenance issue on Good Friday.
