The office staff... (Verified Renter) The office staff & Shaun are always so pleasant that really makes a huge difference. We've had a few issues where we've had to pay late. When we've called the office to let them know we were sorry that we had to pay late they were very sweet. If there was something they could do they would. They would always try until it was nothing more they could do. We really do appreciate them all for being so understanding. We definitely realize they didn't have to.

I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend these apartments due to the landscaping, on well it is maintained. The location to existing businesses and restaurants. Most of all the area is quiet.
I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend the community. I felt secure and if I was younger would have participated in more social events. The neighbors were all friendly. I appreciated the diversity of the communities. However, If I had stayed I would have requested that the apartment be updated (stove, refrigerator=, washer/dryer), etc. Lots of dust in the apartment!
Maria was awesome!... (Verified Renter) Maria was awesome! She did everything she could to make sure we squeezed our tour in before the rain came. She was friendly and professional upon our return to the leasing office when we discussed the apartments and our needs.
Online maintenance requests... (Verified Renter) Online maintenance requests never get worked and I ended up having to call. When I do call, no one answers and it takes a long time to get someone to answer.
The rent for... (Verified Renter) The rent for the neighborhood is reasonable, the staff I've met so far are great, the proximity to things like grocery stores and gas stations
For the terrace... (Verified Renter) For the terrace level apartment, it was nice, but I do not want to have to go up and those stairs around the back of the building. Other than that, it is a great place!
