I'm not really a review kind of person but I felt the need to share. We are new to Colorado and had not yet established a vet in the area when one of our babies got very sick. PCAC was able to schedule us very quickly and set us up with Dr. Starnes. Not only does Dr. Starnes see cats / dogs but also a wide variety of exotic animals (which in my house we have a lot of). I live in Nevada and my dog recently tore her CCL. I did not wish to have her undergo the TPLO surgery and found that Dr. April Larson is one of the few surgeons in the country who can perform a Tightrope procedure. Upon calling, the receptionist was phenomenal. She took all of my information and requested my dog's records from the Vet in Las Vegas to discuss with Dr. Larson. We just moved to the area and the process of getting my pet's records transferred here could not have been easier. The staff and doctors were attentive and allowed me to ask questions without feeling rushed. Later, they were amazing and got me in same day when my pet had an issue. Both of my dogs and my cat see April Larson. Every vet we have seen here has been amazing but April goes above and beyond. The staff is so friendly and welcoming and communicate everything and price before giving. Overall couldn't recommend this place enough!

The remaining staff is amazing, but whoever was at the front desk was less than welcoming. Before I finished saying "good morning" she interrupted without looking up in a monotone voice and said "be with you in a sec". Even if her role isn't reception she is at the front desk, her attitude sets the tone for a visitors experience.

I started going to this vet when I adopted my first cat back in August 2022, since then I brought in my second cat, and now I'm bringing in my puppy. The staff has been amazing! All of my new cat parent questions were taken seriously by both of the vets I saw. They also had recommendations for cat groomers immediately when I asked. We've taken all of our pets to PCAC since we moved to Parker in 2014. In the time we've lived here, we sadly had to say goodbye to our 14 year old dog, and a 20 year old cat. PCAC, especially Dr. Starnes have been amazing to work with. They have always been honest with us and provided the best of care. We will continue to be loyal customers as long as we live in the area.
We came here in a dire time of need for our beloved Dog. This was a few years ago, but we were new to the area and I suspected something was very wrong with my dog. We got her in within a few hours and when she got there, they knew right away what was wrong. She was suffering from gastric torsion. They took her back and I can only describe her care as amazing.
