We have been a long time clients of PCAC for almost 2 decades and are still overwhelmed by the level of personal care always shown to us and our pets. After having a very thorough, informative and lengthy discussion with Dr. Motichka recently, it was determined our little Staffy needed to go see a specialty surgeon. Dr. Motichka not only helped us make a decision on the procedure choices and gave us a list of recommendations for where to go, but he also called us to follow-up on that consultation. When our pets are ailing, ... read more
The staff here are very nice to my anxious/bitey dog. Dr. Larson was really kind and empathetic to my dog, and provided me a lot of education about my dog's health problems. Their pricing is very reasonable and they seem to have good availability when my dog has needed to be seen right away. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
Such kind, caring and compassionate people. Dr. Noone is the best! They were wonderful when we had to put our Golden to sleep and allowed us to do it in their backyard. So calm and peaceful.
I took my dog here to get a second opinion on her bloodwork from my other vet. They were SO thorough and so helpful that we decided to get different tests done that are more accurate and found out exactly what the issue was. They were so helpful and kind and when the doctor called me to discuss the Results he went over everything in detail and answered every question. Unbelievable service.
This vet is just ok. I bring my pets here for shots and anything minor and for that they are a great vet. I had a cat that I knew something was wrong with and they just told me over and over that he was fine and that he was too young for anything to be wrong (he was 6) I brought him countless times with new terrible symptoms he couldn't breath he lost his eye sight he stopped eating then I went to a specialist and was told he had a very aggressive form of nasal cancer that could have been treated had it been caught in time b... read more
They saved my 11yr old bulldogs life with their laser palate clip. I was told by my "bulldog expert vet" that there was nothing they could do and here we are today happy and living her best old lady life. Thank you Dr Larson and the dedicated staff that saved my sweet girl.
As a dog groomer I've tried alot of vets in the Denver metro area because I like to have person experience when recommending any place. When I moved and looked for a vet closer to home I was very pleased to find my moms vet does exotics. The website was informative, easy to navigate, and I booked online. Availability was reasonable I was able to get an appointment first thing on the start of my two days off. Outside its quaint, even though its right off parmer road it is quiet a peaceful. Inside was clean and quiet early in ... read more
Surprised at the so-so reviews. We brought our dog down here (a long way from us) for a Tightrope CCL (dog's version of ACL) surgery. Even after some research, we were worried that this new-ish procedure (a variation on the extra-capsular "fishing line" procedures and which isn't done by a lot of vet surgeons with experience in this area) wouldn't hold. However Dr. Motichka reassured us that this was a very justifiable choice for our 70 lbs-ish dog instead of the supposed "gold standard" (and 2x as expensive) TPLO procedu... read more
We have taken our rabbits and veiled chameleon to PCAC and have been happy. Dr. Toyne and Dr. Starnes are very thorough with our animals. Thank you!
