I have been going here since moving to Parker 3 years ago. All the vets and staff are friendly and knowledgeable but they are CRAZY expensive. Hence the 3 star rating. My dog had a dental done there that ended up costing me over $1000 because they had to extract 1 tooth. ONE!!! I was originally quoted about $400. They did a fantastic job with him and were very thorough but that definitely hurt my wallet. One of my cats now needs extensive dental work done and they quoted me between $1000 to $2000. I have her booked at anot... read more
This place is just ok. There are a whole bunch of vets (having 4 pets I think I've seen all of them) and they are all knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. You can nearly always get right in and the office staff is a bit slow, but friendly and helpful. The reason I only rate this clinic 3 stars is mainly that every single time I ever took a pet there the vet found something wrong that would cost me up to or well over a thousand dollars. I'm a sucker for my pets - I will totally pay that sort of money if I think it's nece... read more
We just moved here and this place was recommended. Sadly, they were "booked" until the end of August (just for a nail clip). The receptionist was short and not willing to be helpful at all. It was as if I was bothering them. I'm just really sad that was my experience with a recommended office. Luckily, we found a vet who was the opposite of this place. I understand having influxes, I do. I don't have a problem finding another vet, trust me at this point, we definitely don't want you. It was the rudeness of the staff that ups... read more

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are very sorry to hear about your disappointment with us. The essence of our values and who we are all start with patient-centric compassionate care and best-in-class service. Unfortunately, we’re experiencing an influx of appointments which has us operating at absolute max capacity. Please know we’re doing everything we can to avoid booking appointments too far out. We wish good health to you and your pet.
The doctors (except Motichka, who should have retired years ago given his callous, "don't care" attitude) here are very kind and well-informed. That being said, the management is ATROCIOUS and you will absolutely be treated differently depending upon your financial status and relationship to the owners and manager. *Found out from an employee that the clinic has a chart flagging system wherein they mark certain patients/owners for preferential treatment, often based on the owner's relationship to either the manager or the ow... read more

This place has gone down hill fast. For context, I've been going here for years and have spent thousands on my dogs. I even referred my mother here for her two dogs. She and I are both extremely disappointed with the level of service over the last couple of years. It all started when my dog started puking blood. I called frantic and was greeted with the most rude, smart ass receptionist ever. She refused to schedule me and referred me to the ER, who after driving there referred me back to PCAC. When I told them this, the gal... read more
Looked at my most recent receipt and noticed they charged me $40.00 just to give an allergy shot to one of my three dogs (and I give all three dogs allergy shots every three months). They charge for the vial of medicine so the cytopoint injection cost me $85.50 for a 23 pound dog and my bigger dog $197.50. Insane!! This prompted me to look at previous billings and they have always charged me the fee just to give the shot. Do you think maybe you should tell people you charge to give the shot? I am tired of the hidden fees, be... read more
They charged me over $500 for two rounds of puppy shots. The cost was not communicated. They completely overprice and under deliver on both service and communication.

Meagan- We apologize that your visit the other day did not go as expected. You originally purchased the Top Dog Puppy Package which includes all of your puppy's wellness exams and vaccines, heartworm prevention, nail trims, stool analyses, puppy class, and her spay procedure. If you choose to only schedule a couple of exams and vaccinations and not take advantage of the rest of the package we are happy to credit you for the unused portion. Please just give us a call and we can help take care of that and address your conce... read more
LOOK AT THE REVIEWS/RATINGS BEFORE TAKING YOUR PET TO THE VET!! This review was for an appointment last year. I posted it recently because I am usually not the type to post reviews but this particular one still pisses me off. I did not reach out to them about my concerns because I wanted nothing to do with them and I didn't think they would do anything to fix the issue. I got a call once right after the appointment from the vet to see how Leia was doing and to see what to do for her. I told the vet that we were going home t... read more

Sabrina - Our records show that we last saw Leia in April 2018. We are happy she is doing well since then. If we had known that there were concerns about your visit during the follow up conversations we had with you we would have certainly addressed them at that point. Please feel free to reach out directly to us if you have questions or concerns regarding your furbaby's health. Jillian, Practice Manager
The actual work they do on animals is good but talk about let's see how much we can get them to come back and spend as much as humanly possible. They love animals but I think their drive for cash flow outweighs the love for animals. Paid close to 800 to put a cat down, 2k for removing my dogs tooth. Now I paid 170 for something I already knew and some meds when they said he needs to come back monthly for allergy drops in his ears. The last vet gave me drops that fixed it for 15 bucks and they want 57 dollars per month. No th... read more
