Helped my pain alot
Great timely service. Terms of equipment procurement from insurance as well as terms if equipment not paid by insurance explained. Equipment received in a timely manner. I have not had time to try equipment yet as I am still getting physical therapy, but Zynex gave many avenues to get help, (i.e. zoom, videos) I’m looking forward to using tens with direction from customer service.
Everything went very well from ordering to receiving my traction unit Met with the Rep today at Physical Therapy and am all set to begin using my machine. Thank you Sharon Munoz
