The initial phone call, and then my call back days later with a few questions, were quite painless - I say that as a person who loathes using a phone under any circumstances. The lady who answered my phone call was friendly and helpful, and the man who answered my technical support question was friendly, helpful, and thorough. I wish I got this sort of response from other businesses.

I have real bad back pain ,,the pain was so bad it woke me up at night. But thanks to Zynex,, I had a good night sleep ,,,I still have a little difficulty at times,,but it is better,,so thank you
The process was a speedy one. The people that I talked to were extremely helpful. Overall, my experience has been a great one!

Experience was great the only thing that it wasn’t approved by insurance first then sending the machine and accessories. I think it should be approved by insurance and then send everything out! But overall very fast with the process in sending the machine and accessories.
