Excellent customer service Prompt, thorough, efficient
I am happy with the equipment and the service once the paperwork was done. It took several weeks of time to get the name of the doctor, a needed number and several other paperwork problems. Each time I called I was told it was on hold for one problem after another. It seemed that the ball got dropped and the office personnel had moved on and not pursed the answer. For example, I was told they didn’t know who the doctor was. No one called me to ask nor did they contact my PT. Either of us could have quickly provided that info... read more

I love it! I have a different unit that I bought off of Amazon, but this one is so much better. I get relief from the constant pain. I would recommend this unit to family and friends. The staff is great as well. They are very helpful and informative.
