Excellent customer service Prompt, thorough, efficient
I am happy with the equipment and the service once the paperwork was done. It took several weeks of time to get the name of the doctor, a needed number and several other paperwork problems. Each time I called I was told it was on hold for one problem after another. It seemed that the ball got dropped and the office personnel had moved on and not pursed the answer. I love it! I have a different unit that I bought off of Amazon, but this one is so much better. I get relief from the constant pain. I would recommend this unit to family and friends. The staff is great as well. They are very helpful and informative.
