Took 3 hrs for oil change and tire rotation.
Terrible lack of communication, clarity and resolution of our issue. We ended up having to provide videos of the issues we were experiencing as we kept being told that the technicians could not replicate our concerns. Lack of follow up and a total lack of ownership for our issues. Ended up contacting corporate customer care which seemed to be the only way to get the local dealership to move towards resolving the non-working parts on our vehicle.. My tires are bald my park gear is broke the breaks are bad
Everything was great except that i waited from 7:45 to 11:30 for an oil change and tire rotation. Whoever is in charge of the supplies needs to be evaluated. But it's my shop of choice and first time I had to wait like that. Normally it's a 5 star for me.
they had my truck 42 days got it back with the breather not attached. It runs worse than it eid when u took it in. Ir was supposed to be covered by warranty tried telling me the spark plug gaps were off and they could replace them for 600. it went there for a faylty valve in the cooling system. I will NEVER let them touch my truck again
Came into for oil change and tire rotation. I left and now I have an alert of service tire monitor system. Wonder how much that will cost and why wouldn't they tell me when rotating the tires.
They didn't replace my filter and it got leaves into the motor. So I had to have it replaced 2 days later. I'll never refer or take my car to Patriot again. Always a terrible experience
The dealership couldn't fix it cause the part was on back wait and then was goin to charge 385.00 for the service patriot car lot in Tulsa on 41st and memorial is the absolute worst
I waited half the morning and all fluids were not full no paperwork to see what was done no washing or vacuuming.
