They don't really help I keep calling and calling
It was awful, worst experience ever
I have been trying for 10 weeks to get my vehicle fixed check engine lights been on seem to be getting the runaround and they don't seem to want to fix it getting really fed up
Definitely not a fan of them!!! I would not prefer them if I didn't have a car through them.
The salesperson told me there would be a loaner available when I was having my car serviced, but they did not provide that. After picking up my car, the low oil light came on less than a week after and now I cannot get them to call me back. Ended up taking my car to my neighborhood shop and they informed me the dealer did not fill the oil after the service. Disappointed on many levels.
no contact from the service provider till i showed up and then the paperwork was done while having to wait even longer.
Battery cover left off Windshield washer fluid empty Detail job was a quick vacuum and didn't even do that as good as my 12 year old Nothing at all touched with a rag 2 free services that they can give to someone else. I'll take care of it elsewhere
They threw in a bunch of extras I didn't ask for and then charged me for them. And my truck is still having issues
worst customer service i've ever experienced, they genuinely will sell the car you want, then tell you it's still on the lot
