Oil change tech caused check engine light by starting the engine with low oil volume. They didn't erase the code until I said something.
I was able to get a same day appointment, and an hour later was back on the road! Update, they missed a nail in my tire which caused me to purchase a new tire. When I purchased this vehicle from them a month ago, they just aired that same tire up. I explained to the service manager and as our conversation went on, he became agitated when I asked for a credit for the tire purchase. I'm a little more hesitant to assume they're actually inspecting things as they advertise.
my truck has been in the shop for the same reason 2 times. The two times were for 2 months each and for the same problem. Each time they claimed that the problem had been corrected. well here we go again, 3rd time, same problem. very hard to get a appointment and to get a return call.
We purchased a used Chevy and they owed us a detailing because the detailing crew had already gone home. I brought the car back at a schedule day and time and waited on it. It took about an hour and 30 minutes, and come to find out all they did was wash the outside, clean the inside glass front windows only, and do a very basic vacuum around the front seats only. They did not wipe surfaces, clean anything behind front seats, vacuum back, or clean the gunk out of the rear storage bin.
It took 3 hours for an oil change
I had an appointment and got there 10 minutes early. It took over 2 hours for them to change my oil and filter.
Only issue is it took a little over 2 hours for a oil change, that's all I scheduled for!
Once again they lost the lock to my rims, before they bought this dealership I got an all point inspection when I got an oil change and I don't know if my antifreeze was checked or anything else for that matter. Very loose coverage for my $$ Doubt I will go back there again. Also, for me to pay with my debit card, they were going to charge me 3% - which never happened when it was Bob Moore. Had to wait 2 hours for an oil change. It seems that multiple people were scheduling the oil changes and the techs got over booked.
