I spent $320.+for them to tell me there was no codes coming up in the diagnosis but the car stills stop on it's own at stop lights and there's a screw going through the oil pan that prevents me from getting a oil change It didn't pick that up
Not good had vehicle 8 days didn't look at it
Car was dirty looked like it was ran through a car wash send it back to get the bed washed n then dried and rubbed the glass dry leaving it dirty cloud of dry dirt
Not happy with patriot or the lack of service I received.
Little to no communication, was a pretty terrible experience.
Did not buy there because they would not give me the carfax advertised price.
wasted so much money there. didn't actually diagnose the problem. the fix i had them do solved nothing. took it somewhere else and the issue was solved easily and cheaply. they arent trying to help you they just want your money or for you to buy a new car.
They guys at patriot were nice and trying to get it done as soon as possible. Ryan was very helpful. But after 3 weeks I get my truck back and it's still shifting hard as ever. I wanna send it back in but don't wanna go without my truck again.
Dropped off and nobody called for four days. I had to call twice before someone could give me a quote to approve.
