I still have defective parts that need to be replaced. I have called, emailed, went in person. Nothing has been done. I would never buy a car there again.
Awful services department, they lied about my car and management lied as well.
It took me 3 weeks to get my truck completed. I went one full week without a loaner car or vehicle. I left my mirror didn't work. I turned back in and had been told they would submit it under warranty. It wasn't previously broken. I'm currently having a lot of electrical problems after the electrical was worked on. I hesitate to bring my truck back actually. I can't locate a person 75% of the time. It's just difficult with my GMC Truck. My truck it is running. I still have issues.
Everything was good for the service, but I must express my feelings that I think it's A bad practice not to have a loner vehicle on hand especially when your vehicle is in for scheduled repair For example: warranty work for two to three, 4 days at a time, and then say get a rental vehicle.
Could not complete recall and yet I was waiting at the dealership for almost 3 hours.
2nd patriot dealership to not do warranty work on electrical issues on truck bought new from them! I always get the same bull corn from patriot!! Can't replicate the problem! Yet I film it tweaking out just after getting it back! Tail gate was falling on its own which is a very well known issue and last time it fell it was destroyed from the posts falling with it. Very poor communication, very unreliable representatives. Getting told 3 different things by a supervisor and employees. If you have car problems I would suggest you to literally anywhere else first if you can help it. Also make sure they give you ALL and the correct documentation about your car afterwards because they almost didn't give me that information.

Promise of repair dates not kept. was told to pick my truck while I was 200 miles away from dealership . drove up to Tulsa to pick up my vehicle only to find out they could not find it anywhere on the premises.What you are told is going to be done is not always correct. seldom are return calls made as promised.
