Car was purchased with lifetime service warranty, however owner not willing to honor this promised service.
I researched the vehicle online, was interested and arrived at the dealership after calling and them telling me it was available. I was told the finance department had to run my credit in order to test drive the vehicle, then waited an hour for the salesman to bring the car around so I could look at it. After an hour past with no word from the salesman and unable to look at the vehicle, I left and purchased a vehicle somewhere else.
They did not talk to me about what all needed done let me know what it wld cost to do everything just got handed a paper and sent on my way
Ended up waiting 1:45 minutes for my oil change. Which made me miss my kids dr appt
In reality, I don't feel well, the support that I had to receive from the seller was terrible, he always noticed me and answered questions intermittently... I didn't like it at all
Tried to submit review unsuccrsfully. Don't contact me ever again
High pressure from the sales person. Didn't even visit the dealership because of the high pressure emails from the sales people.
You couldn't pay me enough to ever take a vehicle there again. Wish I could get them 0 stars. If you expect your vehicle to serviced/repaired in timely fashion be prepared for disappointment
The vehicle that was serviced here is STOLEN. It has the VIN number of my truck that is titled and owned free and clear by me in Texas. I spent the month of November gathering all the facts to prove ownership of my truck. The state of Texas has corrected the issue in the system, corrected the title, and reported it to Oklahoma. Carfax has not done their due diligence in correcting the issue though they were given proof 3 months ago.
