I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation, and diagnostic and it took 27 hours. After i dropped it off at 1:00 on Wednesday, being told I'd have it back that evening, I never heard from anyone who even knew where my car was until 11:00 the next morning. The work still hadn't been done on the car at that point. No communication. Probably one of the worst customer services of my life.
Lost my car, my money, ruined my credit! I haven't had a good nights sleep since. The vehicle was not equipped as promised. The worst transaction I've ever been involved in. The staff was very cold and unfeeling, there's nothing we can do! The salesman was extremely unforgiving.
service depatment didnt know my durango was tgere for 3 days, had i not called to get a status upadte they would have still not known it was there, lack of comunication from the service advisors
work was performed halfway and did not follow the We Owe paperwork. I sent in receipts and requested to be reimbursed.

someone at this car lot smoked inside my vehicle and no one filled it with gas.
I bought my vehicle from Nissan of Tulsa it had not and still has not had a full inspection done on it. None of the fluids were topped off or changed. it had a recall on it for the passenger side airbag. They kept my car for over 3 months, switching me from car to car in the interim. when I got my vehicle from them, the recall was not resolved, the service staff and manager all blamed the vehicle's problems on Patriot CDJR, and no one has taken care of anything. Told us they fixed a problem with our back glass how ever did not and just used double sides tape even reported it to carfax.
Not very good with communication. Also to get a basic oil change with a scheduled appointment ended up taking 1:45 to complete.
