If the documents that were signed were the same as the ones I approved prior to signing. If my signing date didn’t have to be canceled day of because of errors on your end.
The only part I am unhappy with is this survey. It is making me write a minimum amount.

It was a great experience
I originally tried to refinance with Wells Fargo my original lender that I have had for 8 years and they were awful. I have my primary residence with PENNYMAC so I reached out to refinance my rental. Everyone I dealt with was amazing! So happy
Paulette was so wonderful! She made me feel comfortable, and like what I wanted mattered. Her customer service experience, knowledge, and caring does matter! Thank you.
The issues that slowed our loan process were largely due to the rural area that we live in. It was hard to find an appraiser and the appraisal was weeks out when we did get it scheduled. We did get multiple emails saying we needed to do this or that but were told by representatives that everything was in order, then we would get more emails saying something similar. Very good service from Paulette.
Although errors with PennyMac requesting documents repeatedly were not Paulett's fault. I still have concerns regarding this matter because it was time consuming.
