Very easy process, clear communication, a few glitches with the website but recovered fairly quickly. We appreciate the convenience of the mobile notary as well. Overall we had a pleasant experience.
Experience was over all great, communication between Depts. seemed slow or lacking at times, dates and dispersal procedures got changed around towards the end, but overall a otherwise great experience.

I had to follow up several times on the Loan Estimate. Closing was scheduled twice and at a location 25 miles away from where I live.

It was difficult for the team to accommodate important aspects of the loan and did not do a good job of handling things right before closing.
Everything went great and was done in a timely manner. If I had a question the PENNYMAC team was always very helpful in answering my questions. When I purchased my home in 2019 my loan was through PENNYMAC and that’s why I refinanced with them. Pennymac is great to work with.
Paulette and actually everyone I spoke with were just wonderful! I had no problems whatsoever.
