The problem with the "appraisal wavier" was on going for a few weeks! It took two months from my first received email regarding our credit scores to closing. I feel like that was an extremely long time. But, paulette was very apologetic and understanding our frustration and, worked hard to get the ball rolling faster.
Great team! They assisted me with everything and kept me up to date.
Paulette led us every step of the way. Any time we had a question, she answered it right away.
Had a few hiccups with document review, but overall things went fine.
