Honest Review I have been a resident at pavilion village since 2017 and have truly seen this property go from great to worst as a result from the many changes in staffing roles with property managers, assistant property managers, and leasing agents. I’ve had to make many complaints on neighbors such as leaving trash outside of their doors for several days, children being left unattended/unsupervised in the breezeways and playing near residents doors, being attacked by a neighbors dog that was not listed on their lease or cle... read more

Your car will get towed! The rules to parking a horrible! My car as well as my guests cars have been towed too many times to count as if having people break into my car isn’t bad enough! I don’t recommend moving here unless you want to pay almost $300 every time you have a mishap!

Only as good as the residents who live here. This apartment complex is in a nice location but has some things that require constant attention. They try to keep up the grounds but tenants are always leaving trash on the stairs or in the parking lot. Trash pickup is from Sunday thru Thursday but tenants leave their bins out all weekend filled with trash. I won't be surprised if this place becomes rat infested very soon. My neighbors are always having parties during the week. They love Tuesday night parties. You are awakened fro... read more

Worst experience ever at Pavillion Village Apartment. Think twice before renting here. Worst place to live. Am a current resident but I can't wait for this lease to end. Am very dissatisfied. Office people are rude. Towing your car when you have paid your rent and placard clearly showing. Spider bites. Called them about the spiders problem not taken care of. Dog poop outside. Trash always out of the compactor. Flies everywhere. Sewage smell lingering everywhere. Worst place to live. Please be careful before signing a lease h... read more

Avoid If you move here and live in the first or second floor, You will hear every step that the one above you makes. Really cheap construction. Also, you will regret the moment that you sign the lease for this property every night when you try to park your car. Literally, there is no space for every one. When I complained to the managers, they said YOU CAN PARK near Walmart which is outside the property. Whaaaat!!! Save time and the headache and look somewhere else.

Extremely Noisy- Bad Construction New to Charlotte: I have lived here for just over 2 months. I live on the first floor. I expect to hear some activity from tenants above, however, to be awakened from my sleep, to know when they go to the bathroom and every move and I mean every move they make and not to mention extremely loud walking, is UNACCEPTABLE. I suppose if you live on the top floor, you may be OK. In my brand new apartment I have already had maintenance repairs. This is in NO WAY a place to call home. I moved in wit... read more

Do not move here Management is terrible. They set rules for trash and noise and pets, but let residents do whatever they want. Pit bulls living on third floor balconies, peeing and pooping onto the balcony below them. Dogs barking all night. Filing complaints about smelly trash in hallways does nothing. Management will not lift a finger. If you are looking for somewhere nice, this is not the home for you.

Would not recommend Apartments are nice, but be careful in applying I was told by a person working there (Patti) that even if my credit was bad I could still get approved just pay a higher deposit or 2 months rent. She took my application fee and then called and told me I didn't get approved because of credit. I feel like she lied to me and took my money. So I'm saying this to say be careful in applying.

look elsewhere I have to agree with the previous review. There are much nicer apartments in the area for a lesser price. Poorly/cheaply constructed. I, as well as a few of my neighbors, have had problems with things falling apart/breaking. To be such a new property I feel as though these issues should not be happening. Always noisy. I would advise you to look elsewhere.
