Verified Renter I've been here 2 weeks and everything has been going smoothly so far. My only complaint is "damages" from the last tenants weren't fixed and the water heater needed to be reset, but my homegirls fixed it. Other than that we love the place.

Verified Renter The complex didn’t do a great job with maintenance on apartment prior to my move in. That’s my opinion. There where touch up painting on cabinets that could have been done, the light over the stove wasn’t replaced, the sinks stoppers were not work, etc.

Verified Renter The apartment complex is fine but we need the gates to be fixed permanently. It seems like they are broken every other month. Also there needs to be better dog clean up. Too many dogs are using the bathroom and not enough people picking up after their dog. The complex should hire someone to pick up the poop

Verified Renter The leasing process was fantastic! Marquis was extremely responsive and helpful. We were able to sign the lease within a week and moved in soon after. Love living here so far and the location is decently walkable if you don't have a car.
