Verified Renter The leasing process was fantastic! Marquis was extremely responsive and helpful. We were able to sign the lease within a week and moved in soon after. Love living here so far and the location is decently walkable if you don't have a car.

Verified Renter I’ve recently moved to the community and I was a little skeptical at first being I wasn’t able to receive the keys to the unit as discussed prior to arriving. Once received, the apartment was clean and as photos without the hard wood. We were told that our apartment would be one with vinyl throughout but the carpet is okay too.
