This company is Basura, Trash, no good, I hope this company loose their contract because of the pricing abuse, No Bueno!!!  If you struggle with your economic situation do yourself a favor, don’t call this basura

Only been with Payless for 2 weeks I’m already out of $80 with 1 bedroom .

These electric power providers are robber barrons, with sky high rates of nearly 17c/Kwh.

The worst. I paid $25 two days ago and today is negative $1.05. So they cut it off, for $1.05. Looking for something else.

We will notify our customers of their low or negative balance when they receive their billing in the morning. Not happy. Site offers connection in 1 to 6 hours excluding Sundays. Site has announcement they are closed Monday for memorial day. 0i made payment to start service at 9am. 12 hours later nothing. No way to speak to anyone. No way to get my money back. They are misleading and do not deliver what they say they can. Very dissatisfied.

You can reach out to a live representative by calling in to 1-888-963-9363 during business hours, which are Monday through Friday between the hours of 9AM through 5PM. We also provide after hours email assistance during these hours: 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Sunday.

These charges are getting out of control!!!!!!  Spending over $35 a day when it’s cold outside can break someone’s bank in no time!!!  It’s become to whether you eat or stay warm!  Get it together payLESS power!!!  PayLESS is becoming a joke!!

These guys are an absolute joke! They continue to screw up my billing and cut my electricity off and they refuse to cooperate with me at all! They'll cut your lights off over a 1.00 overage in usage!!!! They suck!!!!!
