We started out pretty good and even though we use lights a lot less now as our daily climbs high all the time. We even see bouts where our daily kw usage costs different on different days. 18 kw on certain days are more than 18 kw on other days. I have been paying attention to my daily deposits and during the months starting in November we have been paying waaayy more a month. Just saying please try and find a reputable and forgiving light provider because I tht this woukd be a good idea and now I'm stuck for a year...smh ☹️

Business response:

Hi Asha, Thank you for sharing your experience and for keeping such a close eye on your usage and costs. It sounds like you’ve noticed some changes in your daily kilowatt usage and monthly bills since November, and that’s understandably concerning when you expected more consistency. The difference in cost for the same kilowatt usage can happen due to factors like variable charges, taxes, and market conditions, which can fluctuate even when usage stays similar. Monitoring these changes is a great step, and you’re already doin... read more

Price is eating my pockets. I am not home and left no air nothing on for the pass 2 weeks. May look for another company if this continues. Never had this problem before.

Business response:

Hi Ella, Thank you for sharing your concerns about your recent bill. I understand how frustrating it can feel when costs seem higher than expected, especially when you’ve been away and not using your usual appliances. When the heater is turned off for an extended period during colder weather, the temperature inside the home can drop significantly. Once the system is turned back on, it often works harder to reach your preferred temperature, which can lead to increased energy usage. To help you monitor and manage this, you can... read more

I like that you can add the money as you go but the minimum needs to be $10 cause I had to not everyone has the $20 to add and someone has be without light for a few days to come up with the remaining balance they need

Business response:

Hi Lidia, Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We understand how important flexibility is when managing your payments, and we appreciate you explaining your experience. The reason we have a $20 minimum is to help accounts stay in good standing for a few days after a payment, which reduces the risk of falling into a negative balance the next day. This approach is designed to give customers a little extra time to make a larger payment without service interruption.

It’s giving paid reviews, definitely have its pros and cons. I dislike how it offer a renewal you can never get to click. They don’t give you the option to go month to month ( as a salary worker I get a lump sum once a month) . Or you can put the exact amount you have round to the nearest dollar. You paid on the daily but have until 8pm on weekdays to make something happen ( the extension is not a good option) they mentioned to 211 to protect themselves because it’s no help.   The only thing keeps me with this company is pur... read more

Business response:

Hi Racquel, Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. I hear your concerns about the renewal process and the flexibility you’re looking for in payment options. It sounds like having the ability to manage payments in a way that aligns with your monthly income would make things much easier for you. We currently offer two options designed to help when timing is tight: Account Protection Extension, which keeps your account active until 8 PM the same day it falls negative. Deferred Payment Plan, which allows you to pay back a... read more
