If I could give zero stars I would. I enrolled in auto pay to make sure my balance didn't go below $0. Their auto pay didn't work and they ended up shutting off my power. There was no notice that auto wasn't working, they just shut off my power.

Horrible customer service. DO not recommend at all. I had a credit on my account and setup for auto pay and my services were disconnected and I was charged a 30 fee.

They won't pick up the phone and continue to charge me after I canceled my service

Do not use this company. They will attach a switch hold to your account while you have power to prevent you from getting electricity with a reputable company and half the price

My electric gets cut off after I pay my bill. What sense does that make? Zero!
