Talk about value for the money, we sure got more than our money's worth with Dylan. He was professional, knowledgeable, and a real delight. But most of all he was very patient with all of our questions. He explained things in great detail in terms we could understand. The report came shortly after the inspection. We highly recommend him to anyone seeking a great home inspector.

First time buying a house, but it was an effortless process getting this inspection and the report is way more than I expected. Very informative. Not only were damages and potential problems listed but even detailed how to fix them. Pictures and descriptions for utility shutoffs. Information on furnace and maintenance for everything I'll need to keep up on.
