Dylan was very informative and easy to talk to! Being a first time home buyer, there are a lot of moving parts so working with people that don't make you feel bad for asking a ton of questions, is extremely relieving. Dominic was friendly, wasted no time getting to work and answered all of our questions. The inspection report was thorough and I would highly recommend Peak to any of my friends and family.

I liked that Dylan talked me through his findings; good and bad. He also answered questions he was not responsible for answering. This practice and attitude showed a person well informed, happy to share his knowledge and gifted with people, not just home inspection. You have a good human working with you. I'm sure you know that though. Thank you for treating him well enough that he has stick around, your treatment of him has benefited me. For this I am grateful.

Dylan (Home Inspector) and Dom (Sewer guy) both showed to the property early and didn't waste any time getting to work. They were both very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Dylan was able to explain and answer any question that I had (being a first time homebuyer, there were a lot).
