This is the second time I’m using Peak Home Inspections. They did an excellent job on both homes that we were going to buy. They are extremely professional and friendly. You can ask them any questions and gladly answer them. The final report is very detailed with pictures illustrating both the good and the bad items they find. Dylan was very informative and easy to talk to! Being a first time home buyer, there are a lot of moving parts so working with people that don't make you feel bad for asking a ton of questions, is extremely relieving. Dominic was friendly, wasted no time getting to work and answered all of our questions. The inspection report was thorough and I would highly recommend Peak to any of my friends and family.
