Kyle was awesome and I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs an inspection.
The inspection was good. But when the inspector is on the other side of Woodland Park a phone call to the client in advance of the appointment time would have been nice. If you know your going to be late call. Don't wait to call at the appointment time. I paid for that appointment at that time. I expect someone to be there at that time.
Great experience. Inspector was on site early, did a very thorough review and took the time to review his findings and answer our questions. Report was sent to us within a few hours after the inspection was completed.
