Dylan did a superb job for us. Very thorough, friendly, and willing to describe the findings in detail after the inspection was complete (since we weren't in the state and so couldn't be there in person).
I feel good about purchasing my first house! Everything was explained, and our inspector answered all of the questions we had, even letting us know which maintenance items could be done ourselves, and the basics of how to do it. I'm very happy with my inspection!
Dylan Margerum did a super job for us. He walked with us through all the inspection activities, answered all our questions, and even pointed out how to operate all the mechanical systems we had questions about. It was a great experience! I would recommend Dylan and Peak Home Inspections to anyone.

Dylan did our home inspection. He was very knowledgeable and addressed everything big and small and spent a lot of time going over things with us. I was surprised how thorough he was. He was really worth the money since it gave us a clear view of what we were buying. I was extremely pleased.

Kyle was very professional and knowledgeable, he arrived exactly on time and did not rush the inspection at all. Being a first time home buyer I have very little experience in what to look for in a house. I was pretty sure I was going to buy a house until Kyle inspected it.
