Dylan was very patient with us through the whole process. He also took the time to educate us on what he was looking for and what he found on our 1st house. We definitely will recommend to anyone in need of an inspection, especially 1st time home buyers!

Dylan did our home inspection. He was very knowledgeable and addressed everything big and small and spent a lot of time going over things with us. I was surprised how thorough he was. He was really worth the money since it gave us a clear view of what we were buying. I was extremely pleased.

Kyle was very professional and knowledgeable, he arrived exactly on time and did not rush the inspection at all. Being a first time home buyer I have very little experience in what to look for in a house. I was pretty sure I was going to buy a house until Kyle inspected it. Kyle was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, we really liked Kyle a lot. He not only described potential problems, he explained how they could be addressed. We were really impressed with him. Plus he seems a very family oriented guy, that speaks volumes. Don't hesitate to ask for him!
