Outstanding results, very detailed and thorough. I would highly recommend these folks. Very quick turn-around producing the report, Kyle answered all questions and didn't mind if I shadowed him during the inspection. Kyle was the consummate professional. Even before arriving he had obtained the city records on the property. He began with the outside inspection then proceeded to each of the rooms, entered the crawl space and attic making notes and taking pictures.
