Dylan was so friendly and easy to work with! He also provided a very thorough inspection that illustrated elements another recent inspection had missed!
Kyle did a very through job for us. Very pleased and just a friendly guy.
Kyle was the consummate professional. Even before arriving he had obtained the city records on the property. He began with the outside inspection then proceeded to each of the rooms, entered the crawl space and attic making notes and taking pictures. He answer all the questions and talked us through the report he would be providing later that evening in writing form. We were very impressed by Dylan and Peak Home Inspections. He was very thorough- spending more than 7 hours inspecting the property we were considering; gave thorough and clear explanations at the time and was responsive to follow up questions. If we need such services again, we would absolutely call on them.

Kyle was very professional, detailed and thorough. I appreciated his professional observations and recommendations, and I also appreciated the common-sense nature of his recommendations.
