We were very impressed by Dylan and Peak Home Inspections. He was very thorough- spending more than 7 hours inspecting the property we were considering; gave thorough and clear explanations at the time and was responsive to follow up questions. If we need such services again, we would absolutely call on them.

Kyle was very professional, detailed and thorough. I appreciated his professional observations and recommendations, and I also appreciated the common-sense nature of his recommendations. For example, if he saw a feature missing that would enhance long-term sustainability, or preventative maintenance he noted it as more of a situational awareness item than a defect.
