Professional, thorough and met our deadline. Dylan reviewed items of concern and outlined possible solutions. He helped us understand a couple of items which is invaluable if you're not in the business of home inspections. We will definitely use Peak Home Inspections in the future.

Dillon was great and explained things as we went along through the inspection. He was very thorough and I would highly recommend him and Peak Home Inspections for you your home inspection.
We were present while Dylan did his inspection and he was very thorough and professional. He even unsealed the attic entrance ( it had been dry walled and painted shut) so that he could check the insulation and venting of that area. When he was done we sat together and went over th ed report. Dylan did a superb job explaining the different elements in the report and even answered some questions for us that weren't in the report. Dylan was the best home inspector money can buy. He spent almost 3 hours with me answering every question i had about the smaller minutia regarding the care of the home, potential issues, and even maintenance. He took lots of time to help explain the various tips and advice he had regarding the care of the home. He was extremely friendly and kind in answering any dumb question I had. I cant recommend him enough especially to home buyers like myself who are new to the region and to home ownership in general.
