We were particularly pleased with the professionalism of our inspector, Dylan Margerum. He seemed to be very thorough. He took the time to explain to us what he was doing during the inspection, when asked. He also gave us a good preliminary summary when he was finished, highlighting the most serious issue he found. In the end, he took the time to answer all our questions, which was greatly appreciated.
Peak home inspection was amazing! Super easy to schedule. Not only were we able to get the home inspection done, but the sewer scope and radon test at the same time. Payment was super easy too. James was thorough and offered amazing guidance. Would definitely recommend.

Dylan was friendly, on time and did a nice job with the inspection. He explained what he was seeing as he moved through the job. At the end we sat down and he went over all the details. Later he sent a thorough written evaluation that I will use to prioritize any necessary repairs once I close on the house. Dylan is a tall guy but he didn’t hesitate to squeeze through the small opening into the crawl space and move around on his belly to evaluate the furnace, sewer clean out, foundation, etc.
James was a great inspector. He was very thorough. He answered all my questions. His report had lots of information...things I will remember to check for on my own house (this will be a rental. He spent time explaning where the weak spots were and how serious.
Dylan performed our inspection and it was extremely thorough. He was punctual, professional, and took time to explain things along the way. Peak Home Inspections service has us feeling extremely confident moving forward with our purchase!
