10/10 Let me say this MANAGEMENT TEAM is top notch! Extremely friendly, very helpful, and Shemsa and Emily are the best and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Definitely recommend!! Nice place, clean spacious apartments, close to shopping. If you’re in Greely move here!

Amazing Very nice complex, Shemsa was very helpful and kind. 10/10 would recommend. If I am still in search for an apartment in a few weeks definitely will be moving here.

Wonderful place to live Went for tour for me and my kids to see 3bed/bath and was pleasantly welcomed by Shemsa whom had time to explain everything, show as the community and explain what's close to this community as well as what schools are nearby for my kids. Very professional, welcoming and pleasant. Recommend this community as im choosing this as my home.

10/10 Since the start of our journey we have been thrilled with our experience. Alexis is always a friendly face and ready to help and answer any questions! Emily has killed her start within the community. In such a short time it truly has started to feel so much more safe and home like. Ben is the bet maintenance man we have had. IF how responsive... (Verified Renter) IF how responsive and competent quality caretaking was my only criteria, I would highly recommend this place.
It's a great... (Verified Renter) It's a great apartment and a great community! My only qualms would be the hours for the pool because I work weird hours so I can't use them much and that the third website for paying rent was a little confusing and my roommates never got sent the confirmation email.
