We were told... (Verified Renter) We were told by local police that the area was a “bad” neighborhood. Our cars were broken into twice and we had to chase someone off that was trying to break into our work vehicle.

When I first... (Verified Renter) When I first moved in the surrounding apartments kept their areas tidy and neat. Since then it has slide way downhill. As there are severely trashy kept patios with bags of garbage, bikes blocking walkways, large rocks being thrown by children into the driving areas and several broke down vehicles stay parked for weeks. The staff in... (Verified Renter) The staff in the office and maintenance is incredibly helpful and service is a priority. However, I feel like there have been several unexpected fees which are obnoxious.
