Peakview by Horseshoe Lake I lived at Peakview by Horseshoe Lake for seven years, and although I had to leave this year, there are many things that I will miss. Although there was much staff turnover in the past, the current manager is extremely personable and compassionate, while maintaining great professionalism. The apartment is... (Verified Renter) The apartment is nice, clean for the most part. The buildings and grounds are well maintained and upgrades warranted and appreciated. The boys make the simple repairs quickly and efficiently and they are always bustling around.

Happy tenant I moved in a few months ago and love it! I needed an apartment right away and they got me in quickly to a beautiful apartment the maintenance team is also friendly and efficient! We love it here!
Awesome office staff! I recently moved out here from Denver with my girlfriend. Initially, looking for places around Loveland proved irritating concerning the people we would call and talk to about a showing or even just information. And then we found peak view and our luck immediately changed, the amazing office staff were all so happy and helpful and were able to accommodate literally all of our apartment needs. For the most... (Verified Renter) For the most part, I like the apartment community. While there has been some management changes, overall its has been the same. I do see that there are a lot more children here now and hopefully the breezeways gets power washed like they did last year. There are spills, (at one point an egg was dropped, fruit cup, candy wrappers, etc
I do recommend... (Verified Renter) I do recommend this community to people. However they are all turned away by the steep prices that we pay to be here.
The only negative... (Verified Renter) The only negative aspect of this place are the air conditioning units right under the bedroom window. Had I seen them I would have thought twice about renting!!
Peakview Apartments Have Potential Peakview Apartments is perfectly in between Loveland and Fort Collins via HW 287 which allows for easy commutes. The three bedroom is very spacious with an open floor plan and plenty of storage. I love the built in desk in the three bedrooms as well as it serves for additional storage. The only downside is that the material in which the apartment was built is on the cheaper end and tends to wear out quickly--definitely not built with quality materials which is unfortunate considering the hi... read more
