Sam helped us... (Verified Renter) Sam helped us get an apartment Very fast. She was nice and helpful. She got us an affordable apartment and helped us with what we could afford. They did not try to get us into a place that was way out of our price range like ever other apartment complex. I have already recommended this apartment to on of my mom's friend's.

Peakview by Horseshoe Lake I lived at Peakview by Horseshoe Lake for seven years, and although I had to leave this year, there are many things that I will miss. Although there was much staff turnover in the past, the current manager is extremely personable and compassionate, while maintaining great professionalism.
