Like most rental... (Verified Renter) Like most rental properties, they're a fair value if you have 3+ people living together, and badly overpriced if you're just one or two people trying to split rent. But the features, location, and amenities are overall very nice.
It would be... (Verified Renter) It would be great if I could have an open window or open the door to the balcony without filling my space with cigarette smoke. Lady below me sits out and smokes continually making it impossible to ever get fresh air. Besides that and parking everything has been great here. I have really liked it
I think leaving... (Verified Renter) I think leaving a copy of the work order is an extremely good way of letting your tentants know you have been in the apartment. Yes you have the right to go in at any time but it is considerate and your tenants are not likely to feel violated because it is technically their home.

(Verified Renter) I left a confusing message on what dayto actually fix the toilet & said that my dog would be in the crate & the man that fixed the toilet called to make sure that I wanted it done the next day & didn't want my dog to be crated the previous day if she didn't have to be. That was nice of him.
