Moving out west Recently my boyfriend and I moved from Georgia to Colorado. We have a five year old dog who is about 70 lbs. It's not easy finding a place to live when you have such a large dog. The people at Peakview were very welcoming of our dog and got our apartment ready on the day we needed to move in. The floor plan is awesome and the landscape of the complex is very nice. Livin" it up in COLORADO! Besides the photos on their website it was the excellent "customer service" that drew me to Peakview. (sight unseen)I took a job transfer from NJ to CO in April of this year after falling in love with CO.after vacationing 2 years ago. However, I knew I would not leave my Dad as I was his caretaker. Incredibly Helpful Staff I moved here from out of state and didn't have a chance to look at apartments before the move. The staff at Peakview made the whole process incredibly easy and stress free. When I arrived at my new apartment (previously site unseen) I was pleasantly surprised. It looked just like the photos I had been sent and everything I had been told over the phone was completely accurate. Good Value These apartments are in a prime location between Fort Collins and Loveland which works great for me and my wife. We liked the open floor plan and the amount of space.
Services paid for but not provided We pay $160 mo in miscellaneous fees. $30 for valet trash services that are not being provided. They continue to make us pay even though the service is not provided.

Apartments are very... (Verified Renter) Apartments are very small, walk-in closet super small, washer and dryer beat clothes up. No opt out of door to door trash pickup. A quiet complex, mature landscape, nice staff.
Bedrooms dont warm... (Verified Renter) Bedrooms dont warm up well. Bathroom floor leaking to lower apartments ceiling. Trash bins could be more conveniently located. Outside of those items everything has been great.
Too many fees... (Verified Renter) Too many fees to move in. Rent much higher than similar complexs
Gone Downhill I would not recommend living her anymore. I was a resident here for four years and over the course of those four years saw the place deteriorate from a maintenance perspective and from a neighbor perspective. In my four years living here there were two incidents involving firearms, the most recent of them being an attempted armed robbery.
