We are treated... (Verified Renter) We are treated very well by staff and maintenance. This really feels like home and the other always up and down sides to living in an apartment complex I would certainly recommend peakview by Horseshoe Lake. And I appreciate the little kindnesses that staff and maintenance do for us and just the warm reception when we see them or call up on them

Nice area of... (Verified Renter) Nice area of Loveland. Well maintained apartments and grounds. Great swimming pool.
