Generally I've been... (Verified Renter) Generally I've been treated very respectfully and warmly and kindly by the staff. Maintenance is very quick typically to do their work and to be very friendly. We had to have things we done now and then but I think that's true in all departments. I know they try to keep peakview in good shape and I feel that the staff really does try to be fair and also just kindly to the people living here. I recommend this place because I think for the care and the warmth it's worth living here
The apartment we... (Verified Renter) The apartment we have has an excellent layout for my daughter and I. Since we saw a remodeled apartment coming into one that was not was a bit of a disappointment. We had a few minor issues. They were addressed in a timely manner for the most part.
