I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend Peakview based on the friendliness, sincere concern and level of excellence the office personnel exhibits, in addition to the pleasant area/neighborhood it is located in. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment, the attention to detail. I haven't been here long enough to experience it, but it seems that the community grounds, buildings, etc. are well taken care of. The only expectation that was not met was my 'mountain view' being blocked by a building.
